Purchasing World Balloon® Rides

You have made the decision to experience a balloon flight the way it was intended, or to share this experience with someone you clearly value very much! We value your trust in us immensely, and rest assured, you won't be disappointed!

When ordering World Balloon® Hot Air Balloon Ride Packages, please follow these three simple steps:

1. Select the package that best fits your need from the drop down list below.  You can chose to purchase from 1 to 8 certificates, or a Private flight for two.  Once you select the number of certificates, the price including any discounts that might apply will be displayed along with an area to enter passenger information for the certificates. 
2. Please enter the names for the TO and FROM fields on the certificates.  If you know each passengers weight, please include that as well, but don't worry if you don't, you can just leave that field blank.  If no names are provided, we will send the certificates with no names on them and you may write the names in as appropriate.
3. Click on Add to Cart and follow the PayPal checkout process.  Once you have completed the purchase, we will mail a package with your certificates and other information just as soon as possible.

Purchase Balloon Ride Flight Certificates:

Balloon Ride Flight Certificate: Please select the number of certificates you desire, or a private flight for two. The private flight is just 2 people plus the pilot, the choices for from 1 to 8 guests are conducted in an 8 passenger ride balloon. *Note: City Light Flight certificates cannot be purchased online. Please call to reserve a City Lights flight. Please select the no. of people for this ride. Private Couple 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Certificate Information: Who would you like the certificates to be to? (If the names are left blank the certificates will be sent blank.) Pass# Name Weight(lbs)   Who would you like the certificates to be from? All flight certificates are emailed within 24 hours of order receipt. If you are unable to receive and/or print the flight certificates via email, please call us and we will mail the certificates via US Postal service. When US Postal Service delivery is requested, we will ship them within 48 hours of order receipt. Present the flight certificates and other paperwork to whomever you intend to give the ride to and have them contact us to schedule. Since we have no clue who you give them to, we will not contact you to schedule. It is your responsibility to make sure the recipient contacts us to schedule their ride. Please have your calendar handy so we can pick a mutually agreeable time when you contact us. If we are unable to fly the first opportunity for any reason, you can contact us to reschedule at your convenience.
