World Balloon only gathers and maintains information required to complete the sales process, and to complete the flight operations agreed to during the purchase. This typically includes purchaser information such as name, address, telephone number, and email address, as well as passenger names and weights (sorry about that one, but we do need to know).
All credit card transactions from this site are conducted via PayPal so that World Balloon never actually has possession of your credit card information. This ensures that we do not maintain your credit card number within our billing system, only within PayPal, to ensure that your personal information is secure.
World Balloon will only release information that it may have where required to by law, such as in response to a subpoena, or where it believes fraudulent activity is occurring or has occurred and law enforcement should be notified.
